Varna International Airport is the airport of Varna, the sea capital of Bulgaria. The International airport Varna is the second largest airport in Bulgaria. Varna International Airport is located in the North East of Bulgaria, to the west of Varna city. The airport is situated about five miles (9km) from Varna.

To Albena: Travel eastwards on highway A2, through the city centre and head north via the main road E87. Another way to reach Albena is to head north via motorway 29, following the road signs.

To St.Konstantin or Zlatni Piasaci (Golden Sands): Travel eastwards on highway A2, through the city centre and then head north via the main road E87.

To the west/north west: Travel west via highway A2.

To the south/south east: Travel east via highway A2, through the city centre and then head south via the main road E87, connected with highway A5.

They serve beers, hot drinks, soft drinks, wines, spirits, sandwiches and snacks. Shopping: There are four duty-free shops at the airport. They are located beyond the security control in terminals 2, 3 and 4. They sell cigarettes, wines and spirits, perfumes, cosmetics, watches, sun glasses and much more. Luggage: There is a lost and found office which is open 24 hours in terminal 4. Other facilities: There is a baby-changing room in the transit hall in terminal 3, beyond the security control. There is a first aid medical center in the public area in terminal 2.

There is a VIP lounge with meeting room, fax, printers and computers with Internet access at the airport. All guests can have access to this area by paying a fee.

Facilities for Disabled Travelers

There are special facilities for disabled people at the airport. There are reserved parking spaces, wheelchairs, toilets for wheelchair users, ramps and a lift for loading and unloading to and from the aircraft.

There are no hotels at the airport. Varna city is nearby and there is a variety of hotels downtown all offering a shuttle service.
